Size well and grind too, I bought it because I want to shape my waist so I ordered a smaller size, my waist could be made so small that it was even scary and the best thing is it’s comfortable leaves everything in place. Hard what he said was gonna last, and it’s a girdle so if you know your size ask for a smaller one than yours and you can guide yourself with the size guide in the description there’s always one!
