3. If due to the buyer reasons such as “refuse to sign for the package” or “refuse to pay the tax” or “buyer country post reason” and so on, the buyer has to undertake the loss. Once the goods leave China, then the buyer will be in charge of the responsibility.

Shipping problems: If you don’t receive your product before the protection time over, please contact us,we will extend it to make sure you can receive the product, meanwhile, we will contact the express company to help you locate your parcel. If the parcel has been lost, we will resend or refund due to the reason.

Quality problems: If the product you received have quality issues, please contact us and send us the product photos; After we check the photos, if there are quality problems, we will give your partly refund as a compensation or you can return it and get full refund.
