◆Bust- Measure the circumference around the fullest point of the bust while wearing a bra. Keep tape under arms.

◆Waist – Measure the circumference of the smallest part of the waist above the hipbone.

◆Hip – Put the tape around at the fullest part of your bottom when you stand with your feet together.

◆Neck Circumference – Circumference at the base of the neck.

◆Shoulder To Shoulder – From shoulder end to shoulder end, taken at the back.

◆Shoulder To Waist – From your shoulder in the back to the natural waist line in the back.

◆Upper Arm Circumference – Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm, below the shoulder.
